qstr_You_are_in_the_kingd|You are in the kingdom of CAMELOT.^^Camelot is an important state in this Age. The new Kingdom not only maintains their independence against the powerful Saxon tide but has also fought hard to unify the island against this new threat. A strong central authority has been established at Arthur's round table - here the majority of British Monarchs sit, united in their hope of removing Saxon blood from the Isles. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdo|You are in the kingdom of GWENT.^^Surrounded by mountainous terrain and fjords form strong natural boundaries. Its capital of Caer Went was once a roman town, although most of the roman era buildings have been neglected . The most powerful leader of the petty kingdom is also a close friend of Arthur and one of his strongest supporters . Across the sea the Kingdom has also established a colony at Bro Erech, and the people have become skilled traders and explorers of the continent. The recent Saxon invasion has promoted many in Brittain to leave their island home and head for the relative safety of Bro Erech. Although the Kingdom has currently been spared Saxon raids, Caradog Freichfras sees the danger and has vowed to drive them from the island. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom|You are in the kingdom of SUSSEX.^^The new Kingdom was recently founded by Elle, the first Saxon king to earn the title Brytenwalda. It dominates much of the southern shore of Britain. This kingdom has become an operating base for Saxon expansion in the British Isles. On the other hand, even though Elle has recently captured Chichester, his new position is a tenuous one. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_|You are in the kingdom of BRITTONS.^^The kingdom is the last beacon of Roman central authority. A British Romano culture still exists here, and Ambrosius Aurelianus (nicknamed the last roman) has been high king ever since killing King Vortigern in a short but bloody civil war. The realm however is currently in decline. Ambrosius Aurelianus is sick and old, turning the title of high king to his nephew Arthur. Many have left the realm for other lands and the capital at Londium is under constant threat. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_o|You are in the kingdom of POWYS.^^One of the largest Briton Kingdoms, it is also the main challenger to Arthur's claim for the High Kingship, although King Cyngen sees the greater threat in the Saxons for now. Raising his black banner of three Saxon mare heads, one to represent each of the Saxon armies he has driven from his lands. For now the Kingdom enjoys its position of strength; and many of it's former roman cities are still in full use. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of|You are in the kingdom of GWYNEDD.^^The Kingdom of Gwynedd is one of the successor states that emerged during the fall of the Roman Empire and the arrival of the Saxons. Based in Northwest Wales, the rulers of Gwynedd are currently considered one of the more backwater Kingdoms being the first to loss much of their Roman knowledge. The Britons of Gwynedd remain however conscious of their Romano-British heritage, and their king continues to link his rule to the old imperial Roman order with the continued adoption of Latin and Christianity. The current King Cadwallon 'the long hand' aims to drive the Irish invaders out of ynys mon and has little interest in the Saxon invasion. Gwynedd has shifted towards a militaristic tribal society that although considered backwards, is one of the few Kingdoms to treat women more equally, thus seeing female warriors isnt uncommon. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_|You are in the kingdom of DUMNONIA.^^The Kingdom of Dumnonia occupies the southeastern peninsula of Great Britain, bordered on the north by the Celtic Sea and on the south by the English Channel. Dumnonia was the home of the Celtic tribe known as the Cornovii. Their economy has been largely based off tin since ancient times. Currently the Kingdom also rules over much of Cornubia to the west and enjoys close family ties with Arthur's court - Guinevere being the kings eldest daughter. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_D|You are in the kingdom of DYFED.^^Dyfed is based in Southwest wales. It extends from south of the Pembroke coast and is surrounded on three sides by the Celtic Sea . It was originally occupied by Irish raiders, however has recently been reestablished as a Briton Kingdom. The current King Vortipor has crowned himself 'High King', though in reality, this title doesn't go far beyond his own lands. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_G|You are in the kingdom of GLYWYSSING.^^The small Celtic kingdom of Glywyssing was founded out of a western chunk of the former Silures by Eugenius, the son of High King Magnus Maximus. This is the most Romanized part of Wales, although they were descended from the Iron Age tribe of the Silures. Glywyssing is said to be named after Glywys, a legendary early monarch. Today the kingdom is actually a unification of three smaller ones, each ruled by the Kings three brothers holding a title of Brenin, while the eldest holds the title Brenin Uchel^ Lately, it is trying to keep its independence from the ever growing power of Gwent. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_B|You are in the kingdom of BRYCHEINIOG.^^Brycheiniog is a small independent kingdom in South Wales. It often acts as a buffer between Powys to the north and the Briton realms to the south. The kingdom was founded by Irish raiders, very likely the Ui Liathain, whose power is growing in Wales under their current King Rhain Dremrydd. Currently the new kingdom is trying to remain independent from the growing power of Powys. qstr_You_are_in_the_sub_k|You are in the sub kingdom of CORNUBIA.^^The Kingdom of Cornubia occupies the southeastern peninsula of Great Britain, bordered on the north and west by the Celtic Sea and on the south by the English Channel. Cornubia was the home of the Celtic tribe known as the Cornovii. Their economy has been based on tin since ancient times. Currently they are under the dominance of Dumnonia and have close ties to Lyoness. As the Kingdom is home to Tintagel, Arthur's birthplace - the royal family also keeps ties and family bonds to Arthur's court. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_L|You are in the kingdom of LYONESSE.^^The Kingdom of Lyoness occupies the islands of Scilly, Surrounded by the Celtic Sea and under regular flooding by the ocean. A small semi independent kingdom often under the protection of Cornubia. These islands are also a stop over for refugees bound for the continent and fleeing the Saxon invaders. qstr_You_are_in_the_lands|You are in the lands of the MID SEAXE.^^Not truly yet a kingdom of its own, these lands are being filled with fresh Saxon setters every day. Currently semi independent, these lands are ruled by Ebusa, brother of King Oeric of Kent. They are fiercely loyal to their Kentish-Saxon alliance. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_K|You are in the kingdom of KENT.^^Kent is the kingdom located in the southeast most corner of the island, originally the homeland of the Briton Kingdom of Cent where Vortigern gave Jutish mercenaries lands as payment for their services. It was also here that 40 years ago those same mercenaries rebelled, killed Vortigern's son and founded their own Kingdom. The current dynasty (descendants of Hengist and Horsa), have absorbed the kingdom of Cent, dominating it from their base in Cantwareburh. qstr_You_are_in_the_terri|You are in the territory of Caer Colun.^^Caer Colun is a free city in mid east England. Although tide to British central authority by trade, the city maintains its own government. An important sub-Roman town, the town's walls have been in place since the first century - following Boudicca's revolt. The city boasts many roman era buildings, some still in current use. Nevertheless, the city is in decline following the loss of Cent and encroaching threats from both the north and the east. qstr_You_are_in_the_territ|You are in the territory of Caer Celemion.^^After ties with Rome were formally severed in AD 410, the city of Calleva Atrebatum, the walled capital of the Romano-British tribal canton of the Atrebates, has survived as Caer Celemion. The town has commanding views to the east and south and the only access from ground level is from the west, making it an ideal position to conduct the defense of the territory. The city is loosely tide to the British central authority, yet has its own government under a city magistrate qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_GE|You are in the kingdom of GEWISSAE.^^Gewissae is a new kingdom founded out of a rebellion against the British central authority. Their leader Cerdic being a former Briton magistrate before seizing power for himself. Ironically Centuries later, it will be Cerdics descendants who drives Viking invaders from England, but for now it is Cerdic himself who is inviting more invaders to his homeland. The kingdom is currently looking to seize control of Venta Belgarum, held by Cerdic's former superior Natanleod. qstr_You_are_in_the_territo|You are in the territory of Cair Guinntguic.^^Guinntguic was formally the roman province of Belgae during roman occupation. During the civil war between King Vortigern and Ambrosius, the British central authority lost much of its control over of the region. And now it's current magistrate is also fighting to control his own territory from Saxon hords. The territories capital is Venta Belgarum. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_C|You are in the kingdom of CYNWIDION.^^Following the death of Mor ap Ceneu and the further division of the kingdom of Northern Briton, Mor's son Arthwys was given the Pennines while Arthwys youngest son led followers south and founded the Kingdom of Cynwidion. Sometimes referred to as the Kingdom of Middle Britain, the territory stretches from Powys in the north, east angles to the east and the river Thames to the south. The young nation will be lucky to survive long against the tide of East angle advances and new pressures from the Middil Engle to the north. Many of its newer towns don't even have walls yet making them easy targets for invaders. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_E|You are in the kingdom of ELMET.^^In the North of Britain, Elmet emerged in the late fifth century as a result of the fragmentation of the powerful 'Kingdom of Northern Britain'. The kingdom is located south of the Pennines, sharing a long eastern border with Ebrec, and a southern border with Linnuis. King Mascuid was originally granted the territory of Elmet by his father, Gwrast Lledlwm, king of Rheged and the city of Loidis has formed his capital. Today Elmet is ruled by Mascuid's son who is starting to face conflict with the Angles of Linnuis. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_P|You are in the kingdom of PENNINES.^^Upon the death of Mor ap Cenau, grandson of Coel Hen, his 'Kingdom of Northern Britain' was divided between his remaining sons. While the eldest gained the capital of Ebrauc, the next in line Arthuis was crowned the first 'King of the Pennines',. The name 'Pennines' derives from the Celtic word 'penn' which means 'mountain', or 'summit' for which the region has plenty, and also provides natural defense against any foolish enough to attempt to conquer. The kingdom's current ruler Pabo Post Prydein has been nicknamed the 'pillar of Britain' - likely for his continued defense of the northern lands against invading Picts. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_R|You are in the kingdom of RHEGED.^^On the northwest coast of Britain, the kingdom of Rheged emerged as a result of fragmentation from the powerful 'Kingdom of Northern Britain'. A vast Kingdom, it stretches from Hadrian's wall all the way south to Cair Legion. known as the defenders on the wall, they maintain a garrison even though the kingdoms directly north of it - Bryneich and Galwyddel are currently friendly. The capital at Caer Ligualid is a marvel, one of the few roman towns not just in full use, but being properly maintained and repaired. The city boasts strong walls, running water, and even the last working fountain in all Britannia. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_EB|You are in the kingdom of EBRAUC.^^In North Britain, Ebrauc emerged as a result of the fragmentation of the 'Kingdom of Northern Britain'. It borders the North Sea to the east and Elmet to the west. One of the lesser kingdoms formed from the division, it now faces threats from not only the Angles of Linnuis, but Ebrauc's own Angle mercenaries at Deywr. Many say the Kingdom is Cursed - its own capital being swallowed up by the river Ouse. Thousands have drowned, thousands more have packed their bags and left the city for good. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_LI|You are in the kingdom of LINNUIS.^^The Kingdom of Linnuis is a small independent kingdom on the eastern shores of Britain and surrounded by rivers for natural defense, it was settled by the Angles earlier than many other British regions. Recently taken over by the Anglian Lindiswaras from the region of the Humber, little is known about the Pangans who dwell here qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_EA|You are in the kingdom of EAST ANGLES.^^The Kingdom of East Angle is a small independent kingdom in the eastern extremity of Britain, settled by the Angles earlier than many other British regions. It was founded by King Eomaer of the Angle homeland, and is currently being managed mostly by his sons Esa and Eoppa. qstr_You_are_in_the_Brito|You are in the Briton kingdom of BRYNEICH.^^The Bernaccian Britons are the descendants of the southern Votadini tribes. Calling upon Coria (just south of Hadrian's Wall) as its capital. Bryneich encompasses the lands north east of the Pennines, the northern border of Ebrauc, the mass of the Lammermuir Hills and all the way up to Din Eidyn. As Gawain now serves at Arthur's round table, his kingdom of Gododdin is now also under the temporary control and protection of Bryneich qstr_You_are_in_the_Briton|You are in the Briton kingdom of Ceredigion.^^ qstr_You_are_in_the_Scott|You are in the Scotti kingdom of GALWYDDEL.^^The territory of Galwyddel re-emerged following the departure of Roman administration. Being ruled from Trusty's Hill Fort, the seat of the royal court for the region's chieftains. Galwyddel was originally part of the Kingdom of Alt Cult, the formerly united territory broke apart following a long and bloody civil war.The Scotti culture is actually a combination of Briton and Goidel cultures mixed together as one qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_A|You are in the kingdom of ALT CLUT.^^Alt Clut is a Briton kingdom located northwest of the Anglo-Saxon realms and south of Alban, along the banks of the river Clyde. It emerged after the fall of Roman Empire with the town of Alt Clut as its capital. From its high, fortified rock (Alt), the kingdom hopes to remain independent from the growing Pictish threats. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_DA|You are in the kingdom of DAL RIADA.^^Recently settled by the Irish Clans, they have followed their legendary king Fergus Mor across the sea to Alban. The hill-fort of Dunadd is believed to be its capital, standing strong against the growing Pictish threat. qstr_You_are_in_the_lands_|You are in the lands of the Picts.^^Considered a savage brutal place of ice and mountains. these lands, sometimes called Alba, are the only in Britain where Roman legions dared not tread. Currently the high King is more concerned with his peoples faith then raiding the south as centuries past. Being the first to embrace Christianity - he now faces a large Pagan revolt in his homeland. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_M|You are in the kingdom of MUMAIN.^^Situated in the south of Ireland, the kingdom of Mumain is ruled by the Eoganachta dynasty. Their current king Eochaid mac Oengusa is the first to follow the Christian beliefs. Ruling strong from his rock of Cashel. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_CO|You are in the kingdom of CONNACHTA.^^Connachta is an Irish kingdom situated in the northwest of the island. Conn of the Hundred Battles, a legendary king of Ireland, was progenitor of the later ruling Connachta tribes and the namesake for the kingdom of Connacht. The Kingdom today is actually a combination of several Irish tribes under the protection of a single high king only now giving sway to their tribal identities in the pursuit of a strong unified dynasty. The current dynasty of Daui Tenga Uma is fighting hard to keep his lands being overrun by the Ui Neill - Marrying his eldest daughter to their King in the hopes of keeping peace. qstr_You_are_in_the_territor|You are in the territory of the Ui Neill of AILEACH.^^Aileach is an Irish kingdom in far northwestern Ireland. The kings of Ailech belong to the northern Ui Neill, said to be descended from Niall of the Nine Hostages. The kingdom takes its name from the hill fort Grianan of Ailech. This kingdom broke away from the Kingdom of Uladh, inhabited and under the sovereignty of the Cenel nEogain tribe. Now pushing into the lands of the south, the rulers engage in a 'tradition' of alternating the crown of the High King of Ireland between them. qstr_You_are_in_the_territory|You are in the territory of Tyrone.^^ qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_U|You are in the kingdom of ULADH.^^Uladh is the kingdom located in the north of the island, the homeland of the Gaelic Ulaid, after whom the kingdom is named, and the Cruithne tribes, an early population linked with the Picts of northern Britannia. The Ui Neill dynasty, descendants of Niall of the Nine Hostages, are absorbing the kingdom, dominating it from their base in Tir Eoghain. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_LA|You are in the kingdom of LAIGIN.^^Situated in the southeast of Ireland, the tribes of Laigin were united by Ugaine Mor, its first historical king, who built the hill-fort of Dun Ailinne. When the Roman legions left Britain, the people from Laigin settled North Wales. Once the birthplace of many high Kings of Ireland, their power has declined with the loss of Tara to the Ui Neill. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_COR|You are in the kingdom of CORNOUAILLE.^^Situated on the northern tip of Gaul, in the lands called Britony. The last Roman governor being defeated and murdered by Clovis just twelve short years ago. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_t|You are in the kingdom of the VISGOTHS.^^Located in the former province of Gaul, these lands were settled by Visgoth tribes as part of the treaty of 382AD. This treaty with Rome held until the death of Emperor Theodosius in 395AD and the crowning of king Alaric I of the Visgoths in the same year. Over the next 15 years, an uneasy peace was broken by occasional conflicts between Alaric and the powerful Germanic generals who commanded the Roman armies, but in 408AD Theodosius's son had the western general Stilicho executed and his legions massacred the families of thousands of Visgoth soldiers trying to assimilate into the Roman empire. With this Alaric decided to march on Rome and it fell to his forces in 410AD. Since his death Alaric's Visigothic Kingdom has become one of the most powerful in all of Europe. qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_th|You are in the kingdom of the BURGUNDIANS.^^ qstr_You_are_in_the_kingdom_of_F|You are in the kingdom of FRIESE.^^Friese is region along the southeastern coast of the North Sea, the homeland of the Frisians, a people closely related to the Jutish by language. The ancient empire of Thassilon was ruled by eight powerful wizards from the even older empire of Azlant. Their leader, Xin, led his seven allies, who would become his first governors and the first runelords, to a new land where they could pursue their studies and begin an empire of their own. Xin and the rest of the runelords focused their studies on the discernible fragments of magic's raw nature, expanding upon the use and understanding of runes from the Azlanti tradition to raise rune magic as paramount to their new empire. Xin began with relatively high-minded intentions. He focused his research on seven powerful runes that he believed represented entire schools of magic, and on associated mental schemas and mindsets that would allow a wizard to truly master those schools. Xin taught these seven mindsets as virtues corresponding to each of the seven schools of Thassilonian magic, such as confidence rooted in humility, and passion steeped in love. Later, he offered a list of seven rewards for the appropriate usage of magic from each school. But Xin's experimentation was built on a shaky foundation. The runes offered a powerful temptation to lose control, turning virtue into vice. When humility became pride and love became lust, Xin's most powerful runelords—Xanderghul of illusion and Sorshen of enchantment—formed a secret pact with the others to overthrow Xin and create a sinful empire where each of their seven provinces was a runelord's fiefdom and there was no higher authority to prevent the wizards of each province from falling deeper and deeper into sin. The runelords ruled Thassilon for many centuries, but nothing lasts forever, and the apocalypse known as Earthfall didn't spare Thassilon from the devastation it brought to the rest of the world. The runelords had forewarning, and each used extreme measures to survive, but due to a series of failures in their contingencies, it would be 10,000 years before they began to rise again. As the risen runelords clashed and heroes stepped in to oppose their return, time itself strained and tore, and an entire Thassilonian city, once sheltered from the passage of the eons, emerged once more into the world along with an entire populace of time-displaced citizens. Today, New Thassilon consists of two opposing lands. While Belimarius, the runelord of abjuration, rules over a kingdom keeping to the old and sinful ways of late Thassilon, Sorshen, once the runelord of enchantment, seeks to turn over a new leaf after a millennium of depraved evil and subjugation. As she seeks redemption, so too do those in her province seek to return to the study of the original meanings of the runes, eschewing the sinful ways of the late empire. It is in Sorshen's realm of Eurythnia that the understanding of runes and rune magic has begun to expand again, a lively scholastic revolution that mixes rediscovering the lore of Thassilon's founding and catching up with relevant magical innovations from the intervening 10,000 years. The term “runelord” has begun to shift in the vernacular, since Belimarius and Sorshen are independent queens and not the governors of provinces of imperial Thassilon. At first there was some inertia; practitioners had to overcome what felt almost like blasphemy, deigning to call themselves by the same title as their godlike rulers. But before long, those following the path of Thassilonian rune magic began to adopt the moniker as their own. These new runelords each forge their own path; some remain in New Thassilon to continue their research, while others explore this young world or even become adventurers. No matter what other motivations they might have, runelords are fascinated with advancing the study of rune magic. How deeply to engage in their magic's associated mindset is a thoroughly personal decision, and every runelord has their own perspective on the matter. It is usually best to assume nothing about a particular runelord before spending time with them to take their measure, as runelords who avoid any hint of sin don't appreciate being lumped in with those who indulge deeply, and vice versa. 七大系統 The Seven Schools 出典 Secrets of Magic 238ページ The following seven schools are considered proper specializations of Thassilonian rune magic. In this paradigm, the Thassilonians considered divination magic to be something every wizard should learn but that none need take the effort to master. 防御術(嫉妬) Abjuration (Envy) Runelords of abjuration specialize in protective magic and in suppressing all other magic to glorify their own. 禁止系統 力術、死霊術;ルーン呪文 初期:ブラインド・アンビション、高度:コンペティティヴ・エッジ 召喚術(怠惰) Conjuration (Sloth) Runelords of conjuration use their magic to create what they need as they need it, and call forth servants to do their bidding. 禁止系統 力術、幻術;ルーン呪文 初期:エフィシェント・アポート、高度:スワンプ・オヴ・スロウス 心術(色欲) Enchantment (Lust) Runelords of enchantment specialize in magic that compels and controls the minds of others, often to fulfill their own needs and desires. 禁止系統 死霊術、変成術;ルーン呪文 初期:チャーミング・タッチ、高度:キャプティヴェイティング・アドレイション 力術(憤怒) Evocation (Wrath) Runelords of evocation channel raw destructive energies and direct them toward all who would oppose their will. 禁止系統 防御術、召喚術;ルーン呪文 初期:ウェポン・サージ、高度:ジール・フォー・バトル 幻術(傲慢) Illusion (Pride) Runelords of illusion use magic to create the perfect appearance and fool others through trickery, deception, and misdirection. 禁止系統 召喚術、変成術;ルーン呪文 初期:ヴェイル・オヴ・コンフィデンス、高度:デルージョナル・プライド 死霊術(暴食) Necromancy (Gluttony) Runelords of necromancy tap into their constant hunger for more power and enhancing their longevity, potentially even unto undeath. 禁止系統 防御術、心術;ルーン呪文 初期:オーヴァースタッフ、高度:テイク・イッツ・コース 変成術(強欲) Transmutation (Greed) Runelords of transmutation not only transform objects to create value, but also transform and enhance their own power. 1 unattended object of light Bulk or less Walking over to an item to pick it up is so much effort. Whether it's your spellbook, a reagent、or a glass of wine, it's simply more efficient to call it to your hand. You teleport the target into your open hand. If you don't have a hand free, it falls to the ground at your feet. 高レベル化(3レベル) You can target an unattended object with a Bulk of 1 or less 高レベル化(5レベル) The range increases to 120 feet, and you can target an unattended object with a Bulk of 1 or less. 高レベル化(7レベル) The range increases to 120 feet, and you can target an unattended object with a Bulk of 2 or less. You've learned arcane magic following the path of the runelords. You unlock secrets of a chosen school of magic while forsaking lesser schools. You learn the secrets of runic magic, the building blocks of magic. But be warned you might succumb to sin in your pursuit of power. You also learn to use polearms, the signature weapons of the runelords, and can acquire the secrets of the mighty, ancient magic items called aeon stones, embedding them into your skin. Runelord Specialization (1st) Runelord Specialization (1st) You draw untold power from runes, sometimes called sin magic. You associate with one of the seven vices, also known as the seven rewards of rule envy (abjuration), gluttony (necromancy), greed (transmutation), lust (enchantment), pride (illusion), sloth (conjuration), and wrath (evocation). Studying these techniques often tempts you with the associated sin. While leaning into it could corrupt you, it might make you more powerful. If you choose this class archetype, you must select Runelord Dedication as your 2nd-level class feat. You must be a wizard specializing in one of the seven schools other than divination. Runelord Adjustments/Runelord Adjustments In addition to the normal school spell for your chosen school of magic, you learn the initial rune spell associated with your school, with its school adjusted to your chosen school of magic if it wasn't from that school already. Your pool of Focus Points increases to 2 Focus Points. At 8th level, you also learn the advanced rune spell associated with your school, also adjusting its school to match your chosen school of magic if it wasn't already, and your pool of Focus Points increases to 3 Focus Points. You can Refocus by indulging in your school's sin in lieu of studying your spellbook. As you become more powerful, your indulgence grows. At 12th level, if you indulge in your sin to Refocus, if you have spent at least 2 Focus Points since the last time you Refocused, you recover 2 Focus Points when you Refocus instead of 1. At 18th level, if you indulge in your sin to Refocus, if you have spent at least 3 Focus Points since the last time you Refocused, you recover 3 Focus Points when you Refocus instead of 1. You are trained in martial polearms. At 11th level, if you gain weapon expertise, you become an expert in martial polearms. Finally, you lose the ability to prepare or cast any spell from your school's prohibited schools. You remove all spells of those schools from your spell list, meaning you can't even activate scrolls or wands of such spells. 《ルーンロードへの専念》 特技2 Runelord Dedication レア アーキタイプ クラス 専念 出典 Secrets of Magic 240ページ アーキタイプ ルーンロード 前提条件 runelord specialization Your rune magic increases, and you practice with your school's associated weapon. You gain an additional cantrip of your chosen arcane school, and each time you gain a level (including this level), you add an additional spell from your chosen arcane school to your spellbook, with the same restrictions as the two spells you normally add. Embed Aeon Stone 特技2 Embed Aeon Stone アーキタイプ 余暇 技能 出典 Secrets of Magic 240ページ アーキタイプ ルーンロード 前提条件 《ルーンロードへの専念》; trained in Crafting You discover the secrets to embedding aeon stones into your flesh. You spend 1 day attuning to an aeon stone and physically embedding it in your skin. While the stone is embedded this way, you gain the benefits of the aeon stone as if it were orbiting above your head, but it protects the stone from being noticed or stolen as easily. Aeon stones in your flesh must be invested to function, as usual. You can also use this activity to safely remove an embedded aeon stone in 1 day. Someone without this feat can attempt to surgically remove it safely by spending 1 day and succeeding at a DC 30 Medicine check, or hastily by simply ripping it from a corpse. Just six days later, news headlines screamed that 10 people in Chiba and Hyogo prefectures who had consumed frozen gyoza (pork dumplings, a.k.a. pot stickers) imported from China had begun showing unmistakable symptoms of poisoning. The cause turned out to be methamidophos, a potent phosphorous-based insecticide, apparently introduced into the gyoza packaging. The evidence at this stage is beginning to point to the likelihood of intentional mischief by someone at the point of origin. "Chinese are wont to think that if something looks good on the outside, it must be good on the inside," a Chinese student at a national university in Japan tells Shukan Jitsuwa (2/21). "If a cook finds a speck of dog poop on meat, he ll just rinse it off and serve to a customer. Spoiled meat or fish are stir-fried in oil at high temperature and served. They aren t willing to accept the loss of even one yen. 「中国人には、外見が良い物は中身も良いはずだ、と考える習慣がある。」 「肉の上に犬の糞が転がっていても、料理人はそれを洗い流して客に提供する。 腐った肉や魚は高温の油でサッと炒めてから提供される。 彼らはびた一文たりとも支出を許したくないのさ。」 日本の国立大学で学ぶ中国人学生は週刊実話(2/21)にこう答えた。 "The Chinese government has been saying that a successful Olympics would signify China s emergence as a first-class nation," the student sighs. "I disagree. As long as people aren t educated in proper hygiene, China will remain a third-class country." 「中国政府はオリンピックの成功こそが一流国家としての中国の参加を意味すると言ってきた。」 「私はそうは思わない。人民が適切な衛生状態で教育を受けられないかぎり、中国は三流国家のままだろう。」 そういって、この学生はため息をつく。 The number of poisoning victims in Japan is now approaching 2,000 and, of course, the incident has dominated the TV news and print media, including the weekly magazines, for the past 10 days. 日本における中毒被害者の数は今や2000人になろうとしている。もちろんこの事件はここ10日でテレビニュースや週刊誌を含む紙面媒体を席巻している。 But as is frequently the case, Shukan Jitsuwa is once again ahead of the curve in bestowing sensible advice. Just as extreme caution is warranted concerning edibles from China that you insert into your mouth, Jitsuwa slips in a sniggering suggestion that similar safety measures should be taken when inserting items from China into any other body orifice. しかしよくあることだが、週刊実話はまたしても合理的な助言をもたらすことについて一歩先を進んでいる。 あなたが口に突っ込む中国産食品に関する特別な注意が保証されると同時に、実話は中国製品を他人の穴に突っ込む場合も安全対策のようなものが必要だという笑える提案を付け加えている。 To wit, damsels demanding delights through diddling with a dildo -- whether developed in Dalian or devised in Dongguan -- hazard destructive damage. 即ち、自慰に歓喜する乙女たちの用いる張子は、それが大連で生産されたものであろうと東莞で発案されたものであろうと、破滅的な被害の原因となりうる。 "Currently, nearly all the items sold in Japan are imported from China," says the owner of an "adult toy" shop in Osaka s American Village. "I wouldn t say all of them are junk, but maybe about half have high rates of failure. Sourcing shifted to China to keep costs down, but I get the impression they re cutting corners even more than necessary. "I m especially concerned with electric vibrators," the shop owner adds. "Even the ones that at first glance appear imported from the U.S. contain a high percentage of components from China. I ve noticed the silicone used in some has a peculiar smell to it; we won t stock those in our store." It seems that frustration from frequent failures due to cheap components and careless quality control is not the problem. Rather, young women working in the sex industry, where such devices are frequently put to use by lecherous customers, have been heard to moan -- and not from pleasure -- that soon after a session with a pink rotary vibrator their nether parts "became inflamed" or "began itching persistently." Apparently Chinese plastic manufacturers still make extensive use of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which has been found to contain phthalate-based polyester, a hormone receptor that some researchers suspect contributes to reduced sperm counts in men and menstrual irregularities in women, among others problems. "In Japan, PVC is prohibited from use in nipples for baby bottles and pacifiers," says a Mr. Kuo (nationality unspecified), a representative director of Asian Drug, a distributor for adult goods. "In Europe, the substance has been banned completely. For sex aids like rotors and vibrators, Japanese makers use silicone or ABS resin. You only find PVC in the products brought in from China." "Regular consumers can t differentiate between the types of materials, and they re not indicated as such on the labels," Kuo continues. "To be on the safe side, I d advise you slip a natural latex condom over it before use. Then you won t have any problems. 「一般のお客さんは素材の違いなんて見分けられませんし、それらはラベルにも記載されていません。」 「安全性の観点から言えば、使用前に天然ゴムのコンドームをかぶせることをお勧めします。 そうすれば何も問題はありません。」クオさんはそう続ける。 "And men should take similar precautions with onna-hole (synthetic vaginas)," he adds. 「あと男性はオナホール(人工膣)にも同様の注意をはらうべきでしょう。」彼はそう付け加えた。 "Up to now, I haven t consulted with any patients complaining of problems caused by sex toys, but I can t rule out the possibility," remarks Osaka-based physician Yasuaki Ishikawa, an instructor of urology at the Kinki University Faculty of Medicine (okay, stop smirking -- there really is such a place). 「いままでセックス玩具による問題を訴えてきた患者はいませんが、その可能性を排除することはできません。」 近畿大学薬学部で指導教官をつとめ、大阪を拠点とする医師でもあるイシカワヤスアキさんはこう語る。(オーケー、そこニヤニヤすんな。マジでそんな場所(*1)があるんだよ。) Ishikawa says he s encountered a completely different problem rampant Chinese counterfeiting of ED drugs like Viagra and Cyalis. イシカワさんは全く違った問題に直面しているという。バイアグラやCyalisに似た勃起不全治療薬の中国製偽造品が蔓延しているのだ。 "They ll sell five at a time, mixing in one real tablet with four phony ones," he says. "Japanese have been repeatedly swindled. The phonies don t work, and we have no idea what s actually in the pills ingredients. It s really a shady operation, whoever s behind it."

How to Troubleshoot a Fuel Pump Fuse. Fuses are designed to allow a maximum amount of current to flow through them based on the normal electrical needs of an electrical component. If a component operating in its normal capacity requires 12 Volts and 1 Ampere, then a fuse that permits that amount of electricity through it is used in that application. Ultrasonix EC9-5/10 Ultrasound Transducer Probe Endocavity If something goes wrong with the device causing it to draw more power than normal, the fuse melts (blows) to prevent the component from overheating and catching fire. This is especially important with fuel pumps. Fuel pump fuses are actually relays with set resistance. Some fuel pump relays have more than just two wires, and may include up to six in some applications, depending on how the fuel pump is wired and what different kinds of voltages it needs. In such a case, a diagram may be needed to see how the given relay works,Ultrasonix EC9-5/10 along with which tabs have power coming in and which tabs have power going out and in what amounts. Such a diagram is called a schematic diagram and it will show you which tabs to test with your multimeter. Check with your local automotive center for information about obtaining such diagram for Since fuel pump relays have a mechanical switch inside, the simplest way to check if one is working is to do, what is called in mechanic circles, the hear test. Ultrasonix EC9-5/10 Relays make a light clicking sound when activating as the ignition switch is turned on. If this sound isn heard, try swapping the relay with a new one. Never replace a fuse or a relay with one of a larger capacity, especially in the case of a fuel pump that keeps blowing the device. If more electricity is allowed to flow to a faulty fuel pump, fire or explosion may result if the problem is caused by an electric short, where two wires are crossing together somewhere between the fuse box and the pump itself.

With only your right eye that s not covered, you won t be able to see the true me. Eye examination. I smile mischievously through your double vision. Don t forget that there is a fake version of me within you. Let me know by pointing your finger. You can see from your eyes, can t you? If you can dimly visualize the crevices of my heart, then please, feel free to close your eyes. I don t mind. I want to correct your vision so that you can love me correctly. With those overused old glasses of yours, you won t be able to see the true me. Eye examination. I smile with a sad look as I disappear. Don t forget that there is a true version of me within you. We can do no more than to believe what we see through our eyes. You and I are the same. Because of that, at least for now, print onto your heart the me that you do not know about. The scenery we saw back then became less and less visible. Which one of us changed? Was it you, or was it me? Let me know by pointing your finger. You can see from your eyes, can t you? If you can dimly visualize the crevices of my heart, then with your hand placed on my bosom, I will tell you about the true me. Singable English Lyrics (by Nori): A hidden reflection within my left eye Who is this person that s deep inside me? My open right eye filled with illusions Please just don t gaze through my wall of imitations Eye Examination False fragments continue to fall This plain smile for you begins to fade Ah~ My sight can t grasp it all As you embrace the fake that lies within me Why can you not see? Just point it out and glance into my heart You may detect the light which fell apart That s right The crack in my soul is slowly blinding me Inspect my feelings and tell me it s true The gap between us gives a different view I tried But this love was not meant to be My tainted vision through worn out glasses What is my option? What are my choices? Emotions for you happen to flow out When will I recover from words which pierced my doubts? Eye Examination As I look sadly in your face My tribulations start to depart Ah~ I wish you could erase The pain within my heart which wandered astray So, show me the way We can t have faith in everything we see The fate we share is called "blind agony" That s right You and I are closer than we once knew Therefore I shall imprint into your eyes The real me who is not made of lies I tried But can I really trust in you? I m losing my sight in just an instant The clock is racing, please stop it somehow! Your path is shifting with every movement But who s the one that is truly changing now? Just point it out and glance into my heart You may detect the light which fell apart That s right The crack in my soul is slowly blinding me Inspect my feelings and tell me it s true As you lay your hand against my chest so that you can clearly look right through For who I really am Romaji lyrics (transliterated by Ken96): kakushi ta hou no hidarime ni donna boku o utsushi dasu no hirai ta hou no migime dake ja hontou no boku wa mie nai desho shiryoku kensa nijuusen no boku ga itazurani hohoemu wasure nai de kimi no naka ni nisemono no boku ga iru yubisashi de oshie te yo kimi no me ni wa mie te run desho boku no kokoro no sukima ga boyake te mieru no nara me o toji te kamawa nai kara kimi ga omou mama ni tadashiku boku o aiseru you ni kimi no me o tadashi taku te tsukai furushi ta sono GURASU ja hontou no boku wa mie nai desho shiryoku kensa kiekake no boku ga kanashigeni hohoemu wasure nai de kimi no naka ni hontou no boku ga iru me ni utsuru mono dake o shinjiru koto shika deki nai boku mo kimi mo onaji da dakara koso ima dake wa sono kokoro ni yakitsuke te yo kimi ga shira nai boku o sukoshizutsu mie naku natta ano koro wa mie ta keshiki kawatta no wa kimi no hou ka soretomo jibun no hou ka yubisashi de oshiete yo kimi no me ni wa miete run desho boku no kokoro no sukima ga boyake te mieru no nara kono mune ni te o ate kimi ni tsutaeru kara hontou no boku o [40m-P, 40mP, 40meter-P, K, 40meterP]

Deliberate Practice The Secret of Getting Good Fast 計画的訓練 より早くうまくなる秘密 !-- 訳注 Deliberate Practiceは Deliberate Practiceで検索して出てきたものと 関係があるのか? http //lifehacking.jp/2010/01/deliberate-practice/ https //www.youtube.com/watch?v=wWuaQ84kGwI http //www.proko.com/deliberate-practice-the-secret-of-getting-good-fast/ After finishing the 2 demos in my last video, I realized that I made a big mistake in the drawings. It’s the same mistake in both of them! I made the gesture too stiff. Both of the reference images are very dynamic, but my drawings are not. So, I thought this would be a great opportunity to address an important topic. How to practice correctly and what to do when you make mistakes. In fact making mistakes is a big part of practicing correctly. When you make a mistake, (not if, but when you make a mistake) like I did with these drawings, analyze the mistake. Don’t ignore it. Figure out exactly what you did wrong and imagine in your mind what it would look like if you did it right. Then redraw it! Draw the same thing, but this time, don’t make that same mistake. If you end up making the same mistake, then repeat the process. Analyze your mistake, and try again. Do it until you get it right. That’s how you improve - not by practicing the same mistakes over and over again, but by fixing your mistakes. It’s better to do 1 drawing over and over, fixing your mistakes, than doing 10 different drawings and ignoring the mistakes. So, I’m going to take my own advice and redo these drawings correctly. 1 Let’s starts with the first one. Very extreme extension in the lumbar section. The pelvis is tilted forward, so we’re seeing a lot of the top plane of the cylinder. Sides, showing the tilt. And a bottom plane. Sometimes I like to add a centerline in there to show which way the front is pointing. And an angle between the ASIS landmarks. Ok, so the relationship of the pelvis and rib cage is really important in this one, so before I do the spine, I want to find some gesture lines and a rough shape for the rib cage. This will help me with placement of the spine. Now Ill add the lumbar section with the extreme curvature pointing back. Add the thoracic section. And that continues into the cervical section. That hole in the top of the rib cage isn’t visible from this angle since we’re looking up at the rib cage. So this cylinder is going to be really flat. Angle of the sternum. Angle of the thoracic arch. And then follow that bottom rib around the back of the spine to the other side. And complete the thoracic arch. Forgot about some cross contour lines at the section divisions to help show which way the spine cylinder is pointing. Finally the skull. It’s almost side view, but we’re looking up at it, so we will see a little bit of the bottom of the jaw… Side plane… Divide the front plane into thirds… And side plane of the jaw. Now that looks much better than my first attempt. Definitely more dynamic gesture. 2 My first attempt at this one was also too stiff. So, let’s try it again and make it dynamic. The pelvis is tilted and the rib cage really thrusts forward. That looks pretty good. Now let’s add the lumbar section of the spine. Starts out pointing forward and then curves up to get that back extension. Notice how I’m showing the top and bottom caps of the cylinder. This forces me to think about it as a 3d form rather than just curvy lines. Finding the relationship between the pelvis and rib cage. A really important angle in this pose is the left edge from the pelvis to the ribcage. See how the muscles stretch tight there? This angle is really important to get right, otherwise I won’t capture that dynamic gesture. Thoracic section leaning back. Imagining the bottom rib swinging around the spine. And then add the thoracic arch to the bottom of the sternum… And completing the shape of the rib cage. The cervical section leans to the right. Start the construction of the head using the Loomis method. When doing this, I like to compare the cranium to the sternum. They should be about the same size. Remember to consider foreshortening. If the heads is leaning toward the camera, the cranium might be bigger than the sternum. And if it’s leaning away, the cranium might be smaller than the sternum. Extreme up tilt on this one. So, the brow ridge will be all the way up here. nose here. and chin here. Then I can connect the jaw shape to the chin. Clean up some contour lines. And add a center line. And just for fun, let’s add the angle between the ASIS landmarks. In the next lesson on the pelvis, I’ll show you why this angle is so important. Ok, I think that looks pretty good! If you did the assignments last week, go back and see if there’s anything that you can improve. Do them over and over again until they seem easy!
